The Philippine Government implementation for some priority infrastructure projects costing several billions had been completed. These include the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, and the newly constructed port in Dingalan, Aurora, a component of the Eastern Luzon Seaboard Strategic Scheme (ELSSS) which is also part of North Luzon Agribusiness Quadrangle. Infrastructure projects implemented on a nationwide basis were farm to market roads under the directives of the Department of Agriculture, Agrarian Reform, and Public Works and Highways. Also in support of agriculture, the government has completed the rehabilitation and restoration of irrigation system, contributing an additional hundred of hectares of tillable lands for the farming sector. Also, the government is ensuring that families affected by infrastructure projects are provided resettlement. For the Northrail Resettlement Program, 55% or 23,173 families of the total 42,132 project affected families had been relocated.
